Shortcodes and sliders

Hi,

I am using the gymclub theme.

I have added the trainer slider element onto a page using visual composer. However, unlike the testimonial elements, they do not have a way to add/edit the content like the images and text. How do I add the content?

Also, what are all the shortcodes available? Is there also any documentation available that we can refer to for the gymclub theme?
