Table Borders

Hi, I would like to have NO borders in the cart and checkout tables.
When I set up “no borders” or “borders solid 1” > there are still appearing borders in my tables. PS attached.

What’s more, I would like to have no color change in the rows on hover effect. How to get rid of it?
