The page cant load google maps correctly

The plugin was working fine at first. After I moved my website to another domain, the problem appeared. A message is shown on the map saying “The page can’t load google maps correctly”. I took a look at the browser error message and it says “You have exceeded your request quota for this API”. I figured that it may be because the plugin was still on the previous domain so I deleted all the plugin files in the previous domain and the problem is still there.
