This plugin can not use in Avada theme, Please Help!

Today i have purchased this plugin to modify the woocommerce product-pages. However, the plugin did not appear in the left option bar after I installed it. That’s when I realized that the plugin was incompatible with the top-selling theme. Please help me solve this problem, Or give me a refund. Thank you !
