TICKET BOX THEME/DEMO IMPORT ASSISTANCE

Good day DawnThemes,

I just bought the TICKETBOX Theme but it isn’t installing, they say that “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet 

Please I want to create an admin account in the website and share the login details with you so that you will help me install the theme and also the demo and also the basics necessary plugin that the theme needs to function well. Please give me a feedback for the login details.
