Unable to install as Stylesheet missing

Hi Support, I recently purchased the TicketPlus theme from themeforest.

While activating the theme from the package, get “CSS style sheet missing” error and theme was not installed . Pls help out.

 

Also let us know whether event Tickets and Event Ticket Plus plugins are part of the Theme license.?
