unable to set a product layout to a single product page

By steps: I created a Single product template (screenshot number 1)

How can I apply it to exact product now? I don’t need it for a group of products or category.. I do create for every single product a different layout.

You can build one layout for all of your current and coming products at once. You can also build layouts for products based on their category ; tag, so all products under “Shoes category” can have a specific layout made for them but all products under “Clothing category” have a different layout.
Not just that, you can build a different layout for every single product if you want.
