Hello and thank you for your support and help so far.
I have tried to setup an under-construction page for logged out users, using many standard plugins that I have used before, and after testing on different IPs, devices, clearing caches etc. the site still shows for logged out users.
I know you can’t control or offer support for 3rd party plugins, but I’m wondering if there is something with the theme, or its caching, or its own underconstruction function that is over riding these very standard plugins.
