updating the theme

Hi have some problems with the template.  I update all the plug ins but still tells me that some areas of woorcomerce hasent.

When I go into my hosting, I can see that the versión in there is correct!!.

Also Imusing version 1.1,8 of the template and I wanted to know if there is a new version and how to change it.

All of this is causing that I can not create tickets ( using Tickera ).
