Use slug to sort videos

Hi. I need to alphabetically sort videos and sometimes the titles contain initial articles in them (“the”, “a”, “an”, “le”, “les” etc.). So, if I have “The Avengers”, I want to ignore “The”.

Is it possible to use a videos’s slug as an Order By condition, for example in Video Categories or in Post Masonry Grid? Because that would be immensely helpful. Or, if you have another idea or workaround, I’m all ears.
