Woo Checkout Group

Hello – Need to create a custom checkout page.  Able to create a custom checkout template, but the Woo Checkout group is not displayed. In the documentation, I see other groups i.e.: Woo Cart and Woo My Account that are also missing from my install. What do I need to do to access these groups?
