You need to Regenerate thumbnails. I have just installed the plugin Force Regenerate Thumbnails on your site and regenerate the thumbnails.

We have provided an element called: WooCommerce Product Custom Key to display the Custom Field in the product (refer #this post).
But I think in your case, the “Artikelnummer” is a custom by your theme or a plugin…

If the number is the text fixed “LC” and the number is the ID of the product then I think I can help you.Regards!

You’re using the template incorrect.
1. In the first screenshot. You’re using the element Single Product Price that only supported for the product template. It’s not supported for the Archive page.2. In the second screenshot, please change the Archive Template Type to Default. Then import the template demo in our plugin, and see how it works.

First, we recommend always use a Child Theme.
Updating your themes shouldn’t affect any customizations to your website, so long as you’re using a child theme.
Please go to https://themeforest.net/downloads and download the theme.
You will see the child theme, please install the theme ticketbox-child.zip.And to update the theme, you can manually update the theme with either of the method explains as below.
I. Using a file manager.
1. Log into FTP Account using FileZilla or similar program.
2. Go to wp-content/themes directory
3. Move the theme directly that you want to update.
4. Now, extract the theme you have downloaded.
5. UPload all files in that folder ticketbox to the directly on FTP we found in step #3.II. Using Envato Toolkit plugin.
1. Download Envato Toolkit plugin from HERE.
2. Install the above plugin
3. Required API key can be generated.
3. This plugin will allow you to update themes you have bought from ThemeForest.Please kindly refer to this

Do you have tried to find the option in the theme to disable this area? I think there is an option like Page Heading, Page Title… or something like this in the theme options.And “but the grey area stays” you can use the custom CSS to disable this area.
For example:
use .woocommerce-page to disable this only for the Woocomerce pages.woocommerce-page .page-title{
display: none;

1. i do not see possibility to add product photo galery.
Please add the element Single Product Image2. i need to have in product page category drop down but i do not see the widget for that.
You can use the sidebar and add the widget that support that.3. i the templates i do not see woocomerce breadcrumb as are in defoult page.
Please add the element WooCommercePageBuilder Breadcrumb(see the screenshot I show you)
4. will you support as i need migrate this site from my work domain to real domain.
