I tried to recreate the product template since it just simply doesn’t show up when I try to create a new template in a new page.

Hi,

You have to navigation to WooCommerce Page Builder / Product Templates / and click Add new to create the Product template. NOT IN PAGES.
All templates are under the WooCommerce Page Builder menu.

Hi,

1. The Product template i imported is not on the list.
– It should be listed under WooCommerce Page Builder / Product Templates.

2. When I try to view the product template, the preview button doesn’t open anything
– The frontend editor is not supported.

3. When I follow your videos showing that you should go to dashboard and click “visit site” at 1:36, my website goes to my home page and does not open the product template that I have opened.
– We have clicked on the Shop menu to show you the shop page and then select a product to show you the layout default of the product. And then we go to WooCommerce Page Builder / Settings and apply the template Custom Product Page for all product in the option: Product Template default. This setting option is mean apply the template named: Custom Product Page for all product layout. Then we go to the product page and refresh the result.
You will see that when we apply the template for the product. We only have 2 tabs in the browser.
+ Tab left is the product template building
+ Tab right is the product page to see the product page when the product template building and applied.

Please do the actions slowly and carefully…

Hi,

Regarding your questions:
The plugin is not supported to edit on frontend. Please click on the name of the template or Edit button. And the preview the template also not supported.
In our video tutorial, you can see we create the template then go to edit the product > apply the template > and click view the product. (not view the template building) The result is on the product that applied the template.

Import:
1. Import in the plugin by going to Admin > WooCommerce Page Builder > Demos > select the demo and click Import. (see the screenshot Import.1.png)
2. Import view WP tools > Import > WordPress > Run Importer > select the template demo (xml file) in our plugin package. (import.2.png)

And all the templates imported successfully is listed in the Product Templates under the WooCommerce Page Builder menu. (product-templates.png)

Not quite sure I fully understand your question:

“I need to know how do I now create a page with the imported product template. It doesn’t show up when I try to add a template in a new page.”

Please understand that we not use the Pages in WordPress in here.
– Product Templates -> use for the WooCommerce Products page. Products: wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product
When the product template created (or imported), we need to apply the template for the Products by 2 ways:
1. Going to WooCommerce Page Builder / Settings / Product Template Default. Select a template to apply for all products.
2. Going to the special product in Products / All Product. Select a product like Product A, click Edit the product and select the template on the right bar “DTWPB Single Product Page” option.

1. Product Stock Alert not work.
It’s working fine on our demo. It’s under the element Single Product Add To Cart. Please check the template you’re building contain this element or not.

2. there is no field to add email details.
This is a subscribe form that adding by another plugin or by your theme. Could you please give us an administrator account (via private reply) so we can check directly on your site and support it to work on our template.

You can go to Admin / Tools / Export. and you can export the templates for product templates, archive templates… or my account templates.

And you can import the templates in Admin / Tools / Import / WordPress / Run Importer

We have already added the action “woocommerce_after_single_product” that needs for the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin works. Please check again! If it still not work then please ask the author of this plugin what’s the action in the content single product need to get it work. ( We have not a license of this plugin so we can’t contact them to ask for this ).

I guess this is the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin.
We I have added a hook to help this plugin working with the template builder in our plugin.

Please check it work or not. And try to clear the caching if it’s not work and try again.

I don’t see the plugin WC Google Analytics Pro on your site and I see the plugin with the search key “Google Analytics” like:
– Conversios.io – Google Analytics and Google Shopping plugin for WooCommerce
– WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration

So what’s the plugin we can check the compatible issue?

This is a mistake, “Default is the Current Query”. This means it shows all the products.

You have to select a category for this. This is the shortcode default by WooCommerce. We will update the options to compatible with the latest version of WC.

regarding your questions:
1. the events on sub pages are now the same layout as home page with all events.
Not quite sure I understand your issue, what’s the element you’re using in the sub pages? It’s the Events List?

2. the events listing the category section has disappeared.
With the latest version of The Events Calendar plugin, we can’t get the events in the category. It only support to display with the upcoming events, we can’t get with the category. We will try to find the solution to get if work if possible.
