The gallery style in our plugin is not support the lightbox and zoom product image. Please use the option: Theme Default in the Single Product Image setting to use the style by your theme and it should be supported by the theme.
We will consider to bring it to a future update version for the Gallery Style in our plugin to get this if possible.

I see you’re using an old version of the plugin
Please download and update to the latest version of our plugin. The issue was resolved in a recently updated version.
I think there is an conflict issue…
Could you please give us an administrator account (via private reply) so I can check directly on your site and fix this.
I need an administrator account (with highest permission). With this account, I am not allowed to access the plugins installed and edit our plugin to check the issue.
