You can set this background color in the page editor by the option: Page Heading Background Color. You can also set the Header Background Default by the background image.Please see the screenshot I show you.

“The title text” is the product title. This is the template and the element is use for all.
For example, you have a product named: “My first product A”. And you apply the product template for the product “My first product A”. The element in the template “Single Product Title” will be displayed with the name of the product “My first product A” on your frontend.
You can’t view the template on frontend, apply the template for the product you want and view it on frontend.Regards!

Regarding your issues:
1. “The blank sides”: You should mention it that “the product page not fullwidth”… And I think you have found the option in the ROW settings > Row stretch.
2. See the screenshot when we do not apply the product template.

The PAGE TILE you said is not display on your product page as default.
And you should mention it that “how I can show the Product Title and the Breadcrumbs for the product page”And I found it, this is the breadcrumb on the top page supports by your theme when I checking your page sample. See the option for this I found in your theme.

And when you enable it, the product Breadcrumbs will be show. PLEASE TRY THIS OPTION. you ask me an issue on your theme option, you ask me an issue that not support before you customize the product page and it not showing before.

You are using the page to customize the product page, right? So the title of the product page will be shown, not show the page title.The product page is this: https://subsealed.com/product/rov-light-5000-series/

Yes, @delucaide that right. We highly recommend to use the template type as DEFAULT.
In the template type as default: we only show the elements support for the template created for the woocommerce page. If you see all the elements in the first moment and then hidden, it is the script is not loaded.For example: when you go to create the template for the single product, the elements support for the single product like single product image; single product title… will be used are displayed BUT the element like Cart Table or My Account Addresses are not supported for the single product page. It will not works on the product page and make the conflict, even your product page will be break.
And why we support the Template Type option with the Page option. Some one need to use the layout in the page type (created in the Admin menu > Pages) that support by the them with the layout they want. The template created only customize the CONTENT of the WC page, the footer and header are not. Some themes with the layout in the page will be support to show the block below the header and above the footer but not displayed in the WC page. With the template created in our plugin and use the page layout by the theme, user can be use both of layout of PAGE or DEFAULT in the WC pages that the theme supports.
So it’s not a missing issue.

1. you can set the fullwidth layout by your theme if the theme support this option.
2. You can use the element section and set it fullwidth, set the background white to remove the border. And then add the elements row in the section around.Regards!
