The Ticketbox Child theme is not contains any template files by default. You can check in the package of the Ticketbox theme.
You know, the child theme will help you override the templates, functions of the Main theme… So please check by yourself or compare with the template files in the Ticketbox theme.

As you can see, the Sharing on Instagram is not supported in the current version. We will consider it to bring it to the next version of this theme.
And to setting the Sharing Event, you have to go to Theme Options > Events > Single Event Settings / Share Event. (see the screenshot I show you)
