2. Yes, we have to buy this plugin for the demo but the license is not allow us to include the plugin in the theme. And we have mentioned it in the introduction of the theme. It depends on your purpose.
Why is the license of the premium plugin by Tribe not included in our theme? Please refer here: Who should buy the license, the client or the developer?

It’s an option in the WordPress, you can enable it by go to Settings / General / Membership / enable the option Anyone can register

See the screenshots I show you. I have already activated the Neve theme and the Neve Pro Addon. But I don’t see the duplicate product tabs issue. Also, I don’t see the option to enable product tabs.
And I think I need to download the child theme on your site to check. Could you please give me the account admin with highest permission, the account you provided I can’t do anything on your site to check…
