    Hi,

    When you delete the template, please besure you have reset the setting to assign the template for the product. If you delete it but not set the template as default, the template always apply with the blank or always calling… Please try to deactivate our plugin and it will be working as original.

    When you create the template again and assign it, please check the setting to assign the template in the product editor and apply the product template as default or the template that deleted keep assigning…

    Anyways, please do the action carefully…

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us,
    Our plugin only provides the elements for WooCommerce Pages… the progress bar is not an element in the product details. And it is not a dynamic data, we can only use it in a template for a product page…
    We using the theme Impreza for demo and the progress bar is an element from the theme.

    Hi,

    Seem the issue is on the Neve Pro Plugin. But I don’t know the name of this plugin on your site.
    This plugin clone the WooCommerce Tabs and moving it to the bottom of the product page, if the option “Show Product Tabs” disabled, this plugin will be remove the WooCommerce Tabs.

    Regarding your issues:

    1. Please navigation to Amin / Appearance / Menu
    Select the menu you want to edit and change the URL of the submit event menu item with your URL. ex: https://our-demo.com/ticketbox/events/community/add to https://www.yoursite.com/events/community/add

    2. First, you need to setup the event sell with WooCommerce in the single event editor. And please refer to the articles:
    WooCommerce Payments Start Up Guide
    For more instructions: woocommerce How do I set up the payment gateway

    3. Go to Admin / Events: select the events by check to the checkbox and select the Bulk Actions box with Move To Trash. Apply the action Move To Trash.

    Hi,

    I have just tested your theme on our site and I don’t see the duplicate product tabs issue. And when I checking on your site, I tried to deactivate our plugin but the issue still. Seem our plugin deactivated but the template still working.
    Do you have copying our template files in our plugin to your theme? The account that you provided us is not highest permission so we can’t check the theme.

    This is a minor bug when the setting option: Header Background Default not set.
    We will fix this issue in the next version.

    Hi,

    The issue was resolved!. The issue is the wpbakery() function is not available on Salient WPBakery Page Builder. This is a function updated on the WPBakery Page Builder (original by Michael M – WPBakery.com) since version 6.8 So we fixed it to compatible with Salient WPBakery Page Builder.
