In the archive layout you created I see you’re using the element Product Category, this is an element to show multiple product from the category, not for the category page. Please see the different your template and the template I have imported for you.
And we need more time to check the header of this theme to see how it work. In this time, please do not disable the account you have provided us, we also need to check directly on your site.

This option is under the element “Single Product Add To Cart”. Do you have added it on the template or not?
We recommend you import the demo template and apply it to see how it word before customize the WooCommerce Pages.
I have just imported a demo for the Archive Layout on your site and apply it. Please use the Archive Products Loop instead for Product Category.
And there is an issue with the header layout on your theme that not compatible with our plugin to customize the archive page, your theme have a sticky header and a page title where added a padding for the header. When our plugin customize the page, we only calling the header and the footer so it make for the content page behind the header (see the screenshot I show you and the archive page using the custom archive page).
So could you please try to find a setting option to disable the header sticky or share us your theme by upload it on a store and give us a link to download it. We will make our plugin compatible with your theme.

When you disable the option “Show Product Tabs” by your theme and only add the element in the template, it still work or not?

The issue appear with the version of the WPBakery Page Builder 6.6.x or lower. You you have updated to the latest version of the WPBakery Page Builder 6.8. Please clear the caching on your site, on your server. The issue will be resolved!
