First, please be sure you have updated to the latest version of the plugins. And please try to enable the WPBakery Page Builder for the Templates like the screenshot I show you.
The account you provided that deleted so could you please help me update this file “style.css”
in the path: wp-content/plugins/dt_woocommerce_page_builder/assets/css
Here I attached it in zip file, please download and extract it then update to your site.
We have just released an update version, please update it.

And go to edit the page that you want to set the Header Image, you can set it in the Page Settings section / Page Heading. (see the screenshot I show you)

The product data “In Stock” is under the Single Product Add To Cart and please setting it in the WooCommerce / Settings / Products / Inventory
I have the same problem on another site under construction. How should I go about solving the problem on that too?
