Are you using the ticket with WooCommerce or the Event Tickets plugin?

We have just contacted to the WPML team. We have added the options key to the wpml-config file but not success. It only work with the Polylang Language plugin.

Please use the element Archive Products Loop for product archive template.
The element Product Category is for show multiple products in catalog page and Please check the Settings / Permalinks / Product permalinks is Default.
