Hi,

Regarding the issue on the shop page, we have not do any action on the shop page. So I can’t help you check it.
And It seems the cross-sells does not work on your site. I set the Cart24 page with the WooCommerce standard shortcode Cart, then I added a cross-sells for the product 56 Chevy Pattern – Glass Eye. The cross-sells does not work with the standard page, even I deactivated our plugin.

Please go to the custom template and add the class CSS: “.summary” to the column that contains the add to cart element. Then add the custom CSS to fix the width of this column in the custom template.
