There is a css issue. I have just added the custom CSS into Settings / DT Plus Gallery / Advanced Options / Custom CSS option:

The pricing table is a shortcode, you can add it and add the URL for each, see screenshot: http://take.ms/4hYLX
And you can add the URL for that can access to create the event. For example: Basic link to buy a ticket, Premium link to create an account and then create the events.
