Add the elements in the DT Product Category page and I see it works. Please check.

In the screenshot, you will see in your site the VC column have not contained the class CSS “.vc_col-” It replaced by .col-sm-6 of Bootstrap. I guess this is an issue on your theme, you can try to activate the WP standard theme to check it, for example: activate the theme “twentyseventeen”. If it’s an issue in your theme, please contact the author of the theme to fix it.

I guess you’re mentioning to the parameter: show_caption or show_desc.

You will see the shortcode and show_caption=”show” show_desc=”show”.
You can check this in Settings / Plus Gallery Settings / Basic Options.
If you can’t be resold the issue after referred the document, check the parameter, check the setting options. Please provide us an account and explain with more details, some screenshots, the URL of your site using the shortcode. We will check and help you.
