When I try to add to cart a product, your site requires to login or register an account. I registered an account but then I have not received any email to confirm my account on your site to login, I try to login but not success So I can’t add a product to cart then go to the checkout page to check.
I have just checked and I see your theme does not support the thumbnail gallery. The same list images when I edit the product and select None for the Product Custom Page option. Please see the screenshot: http://take.ms/zuuZp
The product gallery depends on your theme which supports or not.

For the Header and Footer layout, you can set in Theme Options or in the Single page/post/event.
Example:
– Appearance / Theme Options / Header
– Single Event > Event Settings > Page heading option
Try to register an account to check the checkout page, But then I can’t login…
Please try to addition !important property eg:
.checkout .woocommerce-checkout .col-2 {display:none !important;}

I have not remove anything, please try to check the setting options or save again the customize in your theme. I only add the custom code to our plugin.
