Please try to resave the Permalink again. Navigation to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and Hit Save Changes button again.
Have you checked it works fine with the standard cart page?

Did you mention to the Cart page?
This is a CSS issue. I need an account to check on your site. I will compare the way how to it work on your theme with the standard layout then in the custom layout we have to add some class CSS to get it work.
Here I attached a php file (in zip file). Please extract it then you will see the admin.php file.
Then help me update the admin.php file. Replace this file in the path: wp-content/plugins/dt_woocommerce_page_builder/includes/
Then let us know the issue still or resolved. Thanks!

First, please extract the zip file I attached, you will see the xml file “custom-single-event-page-theeventscalendar.xml”.
Please navigation to Admin Panel / Tools / Choose “WordPress” from the list / Upload the custom-single-event-page-theeventscalendar.xml file.

Please go to edit your product page, Navigation to Admin Panel / Product / Add New product or edit a product. You will see this option. And to apply the custom template page for all of the products in a category, please go to edit the product category. You will see this option.
