No, you do not change it, use 1/1 row and do not add the row inter. Please see the video I made for you: http://take.ms/kZQi1 In the video, I remove 2 columns and leave it 1/1 and the responsive mode is good.

In the rows above you’re using the vc column container and its always full width. Fix this and you will see the category easier to click.

So sorry for the late response.
You can check with the standard WP theme like twentysixteen or twentyseventeen to check. If it works, the issue is on your theme, may in the theme setting… You should contact the author of your theme to ask for this issue.

Hi,

Could you please try to deactivate the Yoast plugin and check it again. Sometimes, there is colliding with another plugin… I suggest you follow the suggestion of going thru one by one each plugin disable it and then try reloading your site. If not it, re-enable that plugin and try the next one. You might need to clear cache in between rounds! Then once you find the colliding plugin, you can try using the plugin “Plugin Organizer” to selectively disable the colliding plugin only on the special page. And lets us know, we will fix/improve our plugin/theme and update to the next version.

Hi,

We don’t see this issue, could you please make a video to show it and please provide us an administrator account (via private reply) so we can check and help you. I guess there is a colliding here in the plugins… have you tried to deactivate all plugin except WooCommerce, Visual Composer, and our plugin then check it?

You can try to use the id of the parent element eg #dawnthemes-page .class{} to override the styles.

Hi,

Our theme does not support to customize in Appearance > Customize. You can go to Appearance > Theme Options to setup the options we provide. In the Theme Options you can change the main color, font style, layout… Also, you can use the Custom CSS option to custom the CSS of our theme.
