Please install and activate the plugin Revolution Slider that integrated in this theme by going to Appearcance / Install Plugins
And then import the Slider in the package of the theme. Please see the screenshots I show you.

This is an issue on compatibility with your theme. Could you please give us an administrator account (via private reply) so we can check and fix this.
1. Please go to https://themeforest.net/downloads and download the theme Ticketbox. Select Installable WordPress file only to download the package and extract it. Then please update the theme via FTP and overwrite all folders and files.
