    2. You can add the extra class to our elements. Go to edit the element and you can add class

    3. You can’t use the elements of the cart page/my account and single product for the checkout page. The same with the groups that we created.
    – DT Single Product -> used to custom single product page
    – DT Cart Page -> only used for cart Page.
    – DT Checkout Page -> only used for checkout page.

    Please ensure the Event Tickets Plus installed and activated. And in your event, you have created the ticket.
    If you can see it when you activate another theme. SO please provide us an administrator account and the URL of the event you mentioned above, we can check the issue and help you.

    1. You can add the elements in our plugin to the Woo Tab Manager.

    2. Please see the screenshot I show you:

    You must enable the option to use Checkout Page Custom Template?.

    3. Please check the option: Checkout Page Custom Template? and check again by yourself.

    It depends on your theme. We only help you add the elements in Page Builder so you can reorder the elements.

    The same issue when our plugin deactivated or dont use the custom template.

    The option: Product Custom Page is none, And you can see the issues.
    I guess this is an issue in your theme.

    Have you tried to import our demo? Please try to reset your site, then import our demo, then create your menu and set as the Primary menu. refer here:

    Unfornatutely, We have not a video tutorial on Youtube.
    It is better to install sample data on a fresh WordPress installation. Therefore, you may want to reset your site to default settings. Install and use WordPress Reset plugin to do that.

    Step 1: After installed WordPress Reset plugin, go to Tools > Reset

    Step 2: Then install the theme, activate the required & recommended plugins and import the sample data: http://dawnthemes.com/ticketbox/document/#import_sample_data
