We have already upgraded and testing with PHP version 8.3.8 and everything working fine. See the screenshot I show you.

the support from the theme told me that there seems to be a conflict with the your plugin.
And do you have try to deactivate our plugin to see it work or not? if our plugin deactivated and it works, the issue is conflict with our plugin or not.
