Please deactivate the plugin “Genesis Connect for WooCommerce”. It makes for our plugin can’t work.
And please go to Product / Categories / Product Category you will see an option to set custom product page as default for all products. This mean all products of this category will use the custom product page template, So you can create the unlimited custom product to use for each product or each product category.

I can help you change this in custom CSS, but I can’t do that if I don’t see anything. So please give us the URL of your site (the url of product page in the screenshot). So we can help you.

Do you use our plugin to custom the checkout page? Please try to deactivate our plugin the check the issue still or not. Also, please navigation to admin panel /WooCommerce/Settings/Checkout Tab and check the settings like the screenshot:

– Checkout page option: Select the custom checkout page and please note that remove the standard shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].
– Check the option checkout page custom template.
