The duplicate coupon issue only having when you custom your checkout page with our plugin or it’s an issue on another plugin… and seems like there is a colliding with another plugin or with your-theme. Sometimes you should be clear the cache to check the issue.
And You can provide us an administrator account (via private reply) so we can go to check and help you.
We will go to check and improve the issue. Sometimes you need to check and add the custom class to get the custom product page work properly with your theme stylesheet.

It is Catalog visibility, it seems have just updated in the latest version of WooCommerce. S0 it is not supported in the current version of our plugin. We will consider this option and update to our plugin in the next version of our plugin.
