The Woo Bundle updated on 7 November 16 too, to add the latest version of WooCommerce Product Layouts.
So please try to download and check the version of WooCommerce Product Layouts. It must be 1.1.6.
Please update to the latest version of our plugin, it works fine with WC Vendors, YITH WooCommerce Quick View, YITH WooCommerce Compare, YITH WooCommerce Wishlist…

Yes, This plugin is colliding with YOAST SEO… It does not work fine in the Checkout Page, My Account when the YOAST SEO activate. Currently, we a working on this issue, trying to find a solution to improve this. When we checking on this issue, the Yoast Seo do the actions in 4 loop, I have no clue why… I think I will contact them to ask for this.
But now, you can use the solution of @jameswwolf in the topic above:
you can try using the plugin “Plugin Organizer” to selectively disable the Yoast SEO plugin only on the Checkout page, My Account page.

Please install the plugin WordPress Editor and use it to edit your theme, add the actions in the readme.txt file you see in the package. We highly recommended add to the functions.php file under the child-theme.
