I’m afraid that don’t fully understand your question. Our plugin is not supported to custom the catalog mode, please give us some screenshots and explain with more details your question so we can help you.

You can check by yourself by installing a WordPress and using the standard WordPress theme “Twenty Sixteen”, the WooCommerce plugin and our plugin. You will see it work fine. So I guess there is colliding between our plugin with another plugin… or your-theme.

It lost some class CSS in your-theme, you can compare the standard single product with the Custom Single product then find the class and enter to the custom single product.
