First, please ensure you have updated to the latest version of Visual Composer and the latest version of our plugin 1.0.5.
If you still have this issue after the plugin updated, please provide us an admin account so we can check and help you.
You can’t use the elements of the group Woo Cart for the custom Woo Checkout page.
I have just remove the Cart Table shortcode from your custom checkout page and it works.
Could you please use a private reply to provide us an admin account so I can go to check the issues and fix that. And we’re updating our plugin, so I can check and update to fix in the next version. Thanks for understanding 🙂

But I haven’t a solution for your site, I guess there are a conflict JS issues…
I tried to deactivate some plugin but get the same result.

About your questions, first on the checkout page: please ensure you have set the checkout page in WooCommerce Settings / Checkout page is the checkout page that you’re building and go to this custom page leave the select option “Checkout page” to yes. See screenshot: http://take.ms/ezfo7
And don’t forget to add the elements “Before Customer Details” and “After Customer Details”. See more in the video tutorial.
And on another issue, please check by yourself I guess there are conflict JS issues. Use the Inspect to find the issue and give me the screenshots So I can help you.
