The issue is your theme has removed the single product title and use the title by your theme define. You can test on your local with another theme and you can see.

Could you please share with us the theme you’re using so we can test it and make our plugin compatible with your theme?

See the screenshot I show you and the video I attached that the mp4 file work on Safari on mobile. The URL in your file is not a media type support for the video player. It works with the video HTML tag but not work on the platform… Please convert your video to mp4 type or get correct the URL with the mp4 type.

I research with woocommerce how to fix blockUI on checkout

And here is the #solution I selected.

I have added the custom CSS in the Customize / Addotinal CSS:

/* Remove spinner on WooCommerce checkout page */
.woocommerce .blockUI.blockOverlay {
  position: relative! important;
  display: none! important;
}

The issue resolved!

Hi,

There is a setting option in your theme that conflicts with our plugin. We have deactivated all plugins but the issue appears. We have downloaded your theme and tested it on our site, install the plugin like your site and everything works fine. Please see the screenshot I show you.

Please kindly refer to the documentation and check the setting option Admin / WooCommerce Page Builder / Settings / Checkout page and make sure you have selected None and you can try to hit the Save Changes button to be sure the option to custom the checkout page is disabled.

I see you’re using the self hosted videos for your site from cdn.orangevine.net
You need only mp4 format for your self-hosted videos (from your server).

We recommed you use the svg file for the logo, I see you’re using an image,
if we increase the size of your logo I afraid that the image quality is reduced.
You can increase the size of the logo by using the custom CSS below. Please copy it into Theme Options / General / Custom CSS:

@media (min-width: 992px){
body.style-header-6 .main-logo .global-header__logo {
    height: 122px;
    width: auto;
}
}

We will add an option to help you increase the size of the logo in the next version of the theme.
