Hi,
It’s an issue on the theme that is not good.
Please see the screenshot I show you.
The theme style for the class .product when hover the .product-button-wrap will be shown..product:hover .product-button-wrap, .shop-item:hover .product-button-wrap
The solution to fix this is:
li.product:hover .product-button-wrap, .shop-item:hover .product-button-wrap
This theme should be improved this issue, in screenshot 3, in the file https://www.blancheintimo.it/wp-content/themes/shop-isle-pro/inc/woocommerce/css/woocommerce.css?ver=11
Line 3527:
.product:hover .product-button-wrap,modify it to:
li.product:hover .product-button-wrap,And the issue will be resolved.

Regarding the issues:
1. We will consider it if possible.
2. Yes, there is a separate widget already for Cross-sells but seems your theme is added below the Cart table, right? You have not added any attachment or give us your site so we can check it. So please check your theme to disable it or give us your site so we will give you the custom CSS.
3. With the Template builder we always remove the sidebar and make it fullwidth, so we can use the widget Sidebar to adding the sidebar in the WC pages as you want. But in your case, seem the theme makes the WC page always display the sidebar.so with issue number 2, 3 could you please give us an administrator account (via private reply) so we can check and help you.
