You can create a template or import the demo Shop page and it will be displayed in WooCommerce Page Builder > Archive templates.
And go to WooCommerce Page Builder > settings > Archive pages > Shop page option and apply the template “Shop page template” for Shop page.

Please be sure you have downloaded and updated to the latest version on codecanyon. If the latest version on your site is not downloaded from codecanyon, please delete it and reinstall with the latest version downloaded from codecanyon

Now you can change the width of the columns and the image responsible. Please check by yourself.
I have just checked with the site you provided via private message and I see the issue still appears even I deactivate our plugin. I think you have set a cookie on your site… you should deactivate one by one plugin to check it. Please kindly refer to this #article. I think you should settings the cookie to skip the Account page… or all WooCommerce pages like cart, checkout, My Account.

Please register this plugin by going to Admin > Templates > WooCommerce Builder > Registration and do these steps by flow the instructions to enable the auto plugin update. It takes a moment if you already registered, then you can update our plugin by navigating to Plugins > Installed Plugins > WooCommerce Page Builder For Elementor, a notification to update if there is a new version released.
We always recommend update to the latest version and if there is any compatibility issue we will update our plugin to fix this. Don’t worry about that.

I guess this is the compatibility issue with your theme. Could you please share with us the theme you’re using and give us an administrator account (via private reply) so we can check the issue directly on your site and help you.

Please try to resave the permalinks on your site by going to Admin > Settings > Permarlinks > and select Post Name (if not selected) then hit the Save Change button. Also, you can check the Account endpoints by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.
