    We have not yet tested with the Salient Theme and Salient WPBakery. Could you please share with us the package to install this theme and the custom Salient WPBakery by give us a link to download and we will fix this to make our plugin compatible with this.

    Hi @carpgeargiveaways,

    First, I can’t access your site admin with the account you provided. Please see the screenshot I show you.

    1. ” try o register an account or view your admin profile it goes to an error
    – how do you activate the public account area, Also, when a user creates an account it gives them backend access? I don’t want this to happen, I want the user to see the front page only, how can we stop that happening? ”

    -> You need to enable the membership on your site by going to Settings > General Settings > Membership or Settings > Network Settings > Registration Settings >
    Allow new registrations
    with multisite. And if you want to use the public account when the user creates an account, you need to enable the multisite. See the screenshots. In our demo site, we have enabled the multisite and Both sites and user accounts can be registered.

    -> subscriptions: When a user subscribed to the Channels, the subscriptions page will be displayed under the User menu as our demo.

    2. “It seems author pages don’t work. The page missing should be this one based on you demo
    http://demo.dawnthemes.com/viem/blog/author/admin/ (Which I think should be the users profile)”

    -> Please go to admin > users > and view the author page on your site, the name of the author in our demo is different on your site. (see screenshot)

    I checked on our local and I don’t see the issue.
    Please try to update to the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder 6.5.0.
    And could you please make the issue appear on titahellas site? and give us the screenshot so we can check the issue and fix this.

    First, please be sure you have referred to the document on Adding New Video. And please try to change the Permalinks on your site to Post Name by going to Settings > Permalink Settings, if it already chooses, please hit the save change button again.

    And if you still have this issue, could you please give us the screenshots to explain more details these steps when you submit a new video.

    We have updated the plugin directly on your site, and we will bring this update to the future update on codecanyon. And with the new update on codecanyon you can update live time on your dashboard > Plugins if you register the plugin in Dashboard > WooCommerce Page Builder > Registration.

    You can use the custom CSS to change the font… We will consider to bring more features to custom the font, colors… in the elements in the future update.
    Please see the screenshot I show you that you can enter your custom CSS in the Custom CSS settings of the template.

    regarding your questions:
    1. where should I upload my videos and how would I get the correct URL in Filezilla for example
    – Yes you should upload your videos in the public and under a folder that you define to get the correct URL. EX:
    + you upload your video via Filezilla under the public/my-videos/ (video-a.mp4)
    + and you get the correct URL is: http://www.your-site.com/my-videos/ (video-a.mp4)

    2. Right now when I enter that URL into my browser, the video gets downloaded rather than a video player showing up and playing the video
    – So you are getting the correct URL… Please enter into your video posts. Refer to the document: Adding New Video
