1. I checked on your shop page and I don’t see this, this issue resolved or not? If not, please give us an administrator account (via private reply) and I will check and fix this.
2. You have to use a custom CSS to do that. I saw a background image with the shop page, please see the screenshot I show you and try the custom CSS below:

3. You should use the layout of the category page and apply the template that you have created.
