Regarding the issues:

1. I can not modify the outer border in light gray neither for the cart table or the total table.
We support you to change the border type and border color, if you want to remove the border-left and border-right, here is the custom CSS for you:

.woocommerce table.shop_table {
    border: none;
}

We will remove the border of the shop table and then use our plugin to set the border top and border bottom.

2. there is no option to modify the shipping methods fonts.
It’s not supported.

3. The same is happening in the check out page in the checkout review order.
Resold in 1. And if you want to change the color of the border left and right, please try:

.woocommerce table.shop_table tr th, .woocommerce table.shop_table tr td {
    border-left: 0 !important;
    border-right: 0 !important;
}

4. Another issue is that I can not modify the border radius for the inputs of the checkout form shipping. Nor the radius of the checkout payment button.
We have just added the options, please check!
