Not quite sure understand your question, could you please give us the screenshot to explain with more details so we can check it and bring it in the future update.
2. And seem this theme is required fullwidth to load the position of the products in infinity scroll. And you can add the elements to the top or bottom of the template.
I see it works on our test site (see the screenshot I show you), could you please try to update to the latest version 1.1.6.2 of our plugin that we have just released today and test again.
