With the Favicon logo, Site Title; Tagline we still setting in the Customize > Site Identity. See the scrennshot I show you.
Regarding the issue you having when press the button Customize… I guess you’re using an old version of our theme. Please go to download the latest version and the issue on the “DT RECENT TWEETS” was resolved!
The theme is not using the Customize available by WP. Please setting the options in Appearance / Theme Options, and using the Page Builder supported to customize the page/post… Please kindly refer to the #Documentation.

The theme support customize by Setting options in the Theme Options. And using drag&drop in Page Builder to customize anything…
So all the setting options are available in the Theme Options… this theme have not using the Customize default.

It seem not supported to display the Featured Image of the Organizers… To do that, we also have to custom all the layout of the organizer template…
So we are not provide the customization service in the support…
And we can help you add the options to show/hide the elements like show/hide:
– Phone
– Website
– Email
and with this, it only display the Name of Organizer. We will update this option to the next version as soon as possible.

You need to read the document of the plugin that can you do that. Normally, you will create the affiliate link into the plugin setting. Copy the link of the event and the plugin will be get the affiliate link back and user will use the affiliate link in to their content….
And you can refer to the plugin Affiliate for WooCommerce if you sell your ticket by WooCommerce. You can also use the 3rd party service, refer this: https://impact.com/
