After imported the demo, you need to setup the Primary menu and import the Sliders.

First, you need to setting up the Menu, please kindly refer here: https://demo.dawnthemes.com/ticketbox/document#setting_up_the_menu
You have to setting a menu display as Primary MenuAnd then please import the slider by going to Amin / Slider Revolution / Manual Import/… the sliders are under the package of the theme (please download the main package by going to https://themeforest.net/downloads > Ticketbox > Download > All files & Documentation), see the screenshot I show you the slider to import. After the slider imported, please go to Edit the Home Page, and select the Revolution Slider as the screenshot I show you.

Regarding your issues:
1. but the template does not apply to all my pages and have to do manually.
Could you please give us the screenshots to explain with more detail so we can check and fix this.2. Also i have a massive error when on shop pages…plugin has broke the shop pages and not compatible with rank math which is not an option to remove and keep to have products that have no seo. if there is a fix for this let me know
