All I did is update the Elementor to the latest version and the issue disapear…I guess, there is a conflict when use the previous version…

And when the Elementor update version 3.12.0 was released, we tried to update on your site and the issue was resolved…

We have checked the issue and tried to fix it… And we are also waiting for an updated version from Elementor 3.12.0 release – March 29, 2023. And when updating to the latest Elementor version, the problem was solved…
So all I did on your site is update the Elementor from 3.11.5 to 3.12.0.

I have just checked on your site and by the English language, this number is the SKU product. (see the screenshots I show you)
And your theme has removed it in the theme option. Admin/ Salient / WooCommerce / Single Product / Remove SKU From Product Page
Please disable this option and I think it will be displayed.Regards!

Do you have checked to the option when you create the token? Please be sure to check the boxes for:
– View the user’s Envato Account username
– Download the user’s purchased items
– List purchases the user has made
– Verify purchases the user has madePlease try to create another token and try again. If you still unable to validate token, please give us an administrator account your wp site admin (via private reply) so we can check directly on your site and help you.

This is an issue on your theme that conflict with the Slick Slider in our plugin.
1. The Slick Slider on the theme is an old version.
– The theme use old version 1.5.5
– Our plugin use the latest version 1.5.92. Seem the theme always set the center thumbnail to activate.
– Please see our demo, the activate thumbnail will be display, not the center.I think you should contact the author of the theme:
1. Request to update to the latest version of Slick Slider.
2. Set the condition to activate the thumbnail in the theme. If always set center, it will be conflict with the plugins that use the slick slider.Regards!
