phone number & email top Header not updating

I tried to update my contacts but even though I wrote my number and email address… it’s not updating. I tried many times. It’s just not working.
Also with the customizer … the Header menu it’s not updating in real time after the change and sometimes not even clicking the button “publish”

How can I change this ?
