Xstore Sidebar Show Weirdly and margin issues

Hello,

I’m using the Xstore plugin and I had a sidebar where my filters were shown. It’s not showing properly now as you can see in a attachment. Please help me with this. I’m also struggling with the margins. Is there a normal way instead of editing the CSS box in the design options?
